Refund Policy

MeetMind operates on a prepaid credit-based model. Each credit allows processing of one meeting transcript.

Refund Eligibility

• Payments once made are non-refundable once credits are consumed.
• If a duplicate payment occurs, please contact us within 7 days.
• In case of technical failure resulting in non-crediting of purchased credits, refunds will be reviewed and processed after verification.
